Safety Committee Meetings Begin June 27, 2013
North Winton Village Safety Committee meetings will take place the last Thursday of the month. Rochester police have agreed to attend and present their weekly report to the community.

Free Digital Finger Printing Event – June 16, 2012
The Summit is hosting a FREE community event Saturday, June 16th, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Summit FCU 2315 East Main Street.
- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children will be doing digital fingerprinting and ID for children.
- Representatives from the Sheriff’s Department will be on site doing “Child Safety” presentations with pictures and displays.
- The Winton Road Library will have a story corner with stories centered around safety.
- Face Painting.
- Clown making balloon animals.
- The Union Street Bakery at the Public Market is donating Spanish Pastries or small cookies.
- Balsam Bagels is donating 2 dozen assorted bagels cut up into quarters.

Greenhouse Cafe Reopening June 1, 2012
Good news for North Winton Village! The Greenhouse Café at 2271 E. Main St. is reopening under new management on June 1, 2012.
The new management is The Coffee Connection, which has another location on South Avenue in the South Wedge neighborhood.
The cafe will be opening early mornings at 7:00 a.m.
