The Rochester Police Department (RPD) today called for help in its efforts to recruit men and women to serve as police officers as an element of its Blueprint for Engagement. The RPD is looking for those interested in serving as a community recruiters to assist with department recruiting efforts and with attracting more qualified candidates to pursue a career in the department, with a special focus on city residents.

Community recruiter candidates may include city residents, clergy, businesspeople, educators, and government employees.
