Cramer, MS, ATC, eCornell Plant-Based Nutritionist, as he presents “Overfed and Undernourished: The Relationship between Food, Disease and Health,” with information on nutrition, lifestyle changes, weight loss, cravings, common nutrition myths and misconceptions and ways to live a healthy, disease-free lifestyle. He will also speak about chronic diseases like Diabetes, Heart Disease and Cancers and how they start, how they progress and how they can be prevented or reversed using diet and lifestyle.
