As you may have noticed, work has begun on the corner of Culver Road and Humboldt Street to clear the way for a new Burger King restaurant. These plans are currently with the City Zoning Board. The building type and design do not require zoning variances. The North Winton Village Association is working with the City to upgrade the landscaping proposal.
